    Two weeks in people!! How are we doing??

    I didn't drop as much as I would have liked to this week, but I stayed on track under my calories and will work to get my lifting in this week.

    I am 2 weeks off coffee and soda(save for club soda) and I love the feeling of drinking water and only water. I think my skin an body feel better. 20lb or not I am happy with this jump start by March!!!

    Stay focused people, we got this

    I am 10 days in and down 7.6 pounds. Doing Atkins, exercising, cutting out alcohol.

    I'm in as well :) I'm 208lbs p. Current lose of 34lbs and 72lbs to go! I'm on 1640 cal a day at. 2lba. Week weightloss rate.

    I'd like to join. Goal weight - 140. The 20 is what I need to lose! I would say my cal goal is 1500, on days I get to the gym anyway... :)

    I'm late but in. I started on Monday and doing okay but need some friends that are also new and willing to stick it out w/ me:) Behind 2 weeks so my goal is 15 lbs. by March 1st!!! My calorie goal is 1200 calories daily....

    I'll take that challenge. Currently doing the 1200 cal intake. My goal to loose 50 by June so this will be a healthy push!

    I'm in! 15 pounds sounds like a good goal to shoot for March 1st. My calorie goal is also 1200.

  • I'm in I'm 5"2 196 goal 140 I'm on 1500 cals a day so may not make the 20 by March but I'll have a very gud go!!!! My problem is I'm struggling to eat all my cals I'm usually 200-300 less

    I'll have a go I'm 224lbs and 5'11 was 229lbs on 1st Jan so guess my target is 209lbs.

    I already am doing one of these with my wife but I'll join since it is essentially the same thing (we are doing 20 before March 7th which is my birthday).

    I started at 210 and am at 209. So I don't know if I will get there but I will certainly try!

    I am in too! I restarted on Monday with my Atkins diet and am looking forward to the support!! If anyone else is doing carb counting I can always use a buddy to get through it!

    Hi everyone

    I'm delighted to report that I have lost 8.5 lbs since January 1st!!!!! Yippee!!! The weight is all fat too (my fancy scales measure body composition) as I've been upping the exercise. My measurements show that it's all coming off the areas of my body that I need it to - 2" off waist, 4" off belly and 2" off hips....with slight changes elsewhere and no change in the boobs. Hurray!!!

    I'm really happy with my progress and motivated to keep it up.

    Hope everyone else is getting the results they want!
