My whole life I have never had to try very hard and keeping a healthy body weight. . I'm now 27 with 2 kids and I can't seem to give myself that kick to see this through to the end and become healthier.. I start off good but then I lose my drive, ambition, motivation. Whatever you want to call it. My husband and I are trying for baby #4 after our miscarriage in 2013. Anyone have ideas or insight or motivation for me?

One thing that keeps me motivated lately is having friends on here. It's really encouraging to see others make progress, it actually makes me want to do more to better myself. When you have people rooting for you it's a great feeling. Maybe try to find some people who are willing to help hold you accountable? I'd be willing to be your friend, if you'd like.0
