I found myself being especially irritated with someone today, and I found myself chosing to take deep breaths and tell myself "you can control how you feel". It fit because this person wasn't doing anything wrong, I just don't like them. I know this is my issue, and therefore I CAN control how I feel. I'm finding it slightly humerous how many times I've had to repeat the "deep breath/mantra" today, but at least it is helping!
But this got me thinking about other times I've needed something to think about to pull me through, so I made a few of my favorites my new blog post. I'd love it if you'd check it out!
