i never eat enough and ive become scared to eat. all i do is walk and drink water

    Hey Chelsea, this is not a good way to exercise or too workout, your body is a machine starving it of fuel will destroy it. And sadly I had a friend that's heart failed by doing this. It may seem ok for a week or two buts it's not. It's a slippery slope and hard to get off. Not too mention you regain weight a lot faster by dieting like this as the body tries to store fuel. You need to see a professional they will help teach you the way to go. Eat your calorie intake every day minimum of 1000!
