Hey, just wondering what happens when you are in a caloric deficit and are lifting weights. I want to lose about 25 more pounds. I have already lost 60 pounds before I started using myfitnesspal.

Lifting while in a deficit helps you to retain the lean body mass you already have.0

So would it be ideal when trying to lose weight?0

So mainly weight training and little cardio? Or should I increase the amount of cardio I do?0

Well, you could weight train as little as a couple times a week to maintain as long as you are doing some kind of plan. I believe a person can do as much cardio as they want (as long as they aren't overtraining) so that is dependent on you.
