Hey, just wondering what happens when you are in a caloric deficit and are lifting weights. I want to lose about 25 more pounds. I have already lost 60 pounds before I started using myfitnesspal.

Lifting while in a deficit helps you to retain the lean body mass you already have.

So mainly weight training and little cardio? Or should I increase the amount of cardio I do?

Well, you could weight train as little as a couple times a week to maintain as long as you are doing some kind of plan. I believe a person can do as much cardio as they want (as long as they aren't overtraining) so that is dependent on you.
