Logging Body Beast Workouts

I've been doing Body Beast by Beach Body for 2 weeks and I am not sure how to even log or if I should log the exercises. I was logging calories burned in the beginning but I feel like it skewed my numbers. Any suggestions?

Not super familiar with BB, but it looks like it would probably be logged as circuit training, assuming the rests in between sets are pretty short (1 minute-ish). Logging is up to you...my guess is the net burn is in the 300-400 calorie range, which I would tend not to eat back anyway.

This is what Coach Wayne from beach body says, "It has the “exercise” feature, but I prefer to just leave that empty since I don’t try to add calories back for exercise. I have a daily total of calories I’m shooting for and I don’t want to adjust for exercise. (You can also create your exercises if you like to track that but assign 0 calories to it or if you do assign calories to it, don’t eat the extra calories it then allots you to make up for the exercise).

I'm going to log it as circuit training too. I think that seems like it would be pretty accurate. It would be awesome if they would add those workouts into MFP.

Late to the convo here but note that the Body Beast program does set your calorie levels based upon a lot of calculations so, personally, I just enter the value into MFP and don't log because I don't want to skew the numbers that have already been "pre-calculated".
