Hi Everyone!

I have been needed some serious motivation when it comings to eating healthy. I would love to lose 30 pounds and hopefully 10 before my beach vacay in February!

I recently took up running and absolutely love it! I am going to start training for my first half-marathon in June! I try to work out 5-6 days a week. The struggle comes down to eating healthy. My issue is that I am an extremely picky eater and I don't love vegetables! I've started bringing salads to work for lunch and enjoy that. I would love if anyone had some tips or advice on helping me eat healthier - I find especially through the winter months I am craving carbs and comfort food. Any motivation or advice to help me with my weight loss journey would be greatly appreciated!

  • I know it encouraged me to understand why I was craving carbs and comfort food. When I learned about the emotional, physical and brain connection that I had to food. Those types of studies and books really helped me to begin changing the way I thought about food. For example the book wheat belly is really good at helping you understand wheat and those types of carbs.
