Thickening veggie smoothies

Hi everybody great to be here, my name is Rebecca I am 45, I live in Manchester UK with my dog and I teach emotional & spiritual development.
I am looking for ways to thicken veggie smoothies, preferably with something low calorie, I am sure you all know how easy-peasy it is to thicken the fruit ones but the calorific value is very high.

    Chia seeds will thicken and avocado will make it creamy. Put the Chia in after you blend and let them sit, they swell up! Good luck.
