Motivation in crunched time?

I have put on so much weight and between school and work everyday i am always so tired and in my spare time i nap. and I just cant force myself to workout in my spare time which i really should.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get mor motivated or how to get a workout in, in crunched time?

    I totally understand where your coming from. You could squeeze in some exercise on your lunch break. Also, to help with being tired, try a vitamin or b1-12 shot/pill. Make sure your eating healthy foods b/c that fast food and high sugars will slow you down.
    That may give you enough energy to do a work out.
