The Stats:

HW: 197 lbs
MFP SW: 170 lbs
CW/GW: 135 lbs
Ht: 5'6"
Age: 38

The Story:

Never had an issue with weight until about 6 years ago. Went from health nut to couch potato almost over night, not realizing that gone were the days where I could eat, drink and be merry and and not gain a pound. Finally decided to do something about it last year. Lost 39 lbs by eating healthy and exercising but put 12 lbs back on over the course of a year. (Once school started again, I wasn't consistent with my diet and exercise.) Discovered My Fitness Pal in July 2014 and haven't looked back.

The Process:

Consistent logging and consistent exercise (Couch to 5k faithfully, elliptical and kettlebells not as faithfully, but I'm working on it).

The Lesson:

It really is just a numbers game. Keep at it and the results will come.
