So, as I was getting ready for work this morning, I was looking in the mirror thinking can you even tell I have been working my butt off for 3 months? Well, after looking at this picture along with one from today I was very proud! I still have another 95lbs to go but I am well on my way with an official 32lbs down! Also, last night I was at the gym and completed my first 16.5 minute mile (EVER!!!) what an amazing feeling, never thought I'd be here!:happy:

    amazing work! I've been thinking i need to do a photo soon, because I'm down 26 lbs and still feel like i'm the same size-- before and after pics can really help boost you. I'm inspired by your work; keep it up!
