Hey everyone my names Kevin, 18, and I'm looking to knock down a few pounds. I been trying to lose weight since forever and it goes up and down. I need to find a way to stick to losing weight and being active. I'm trying to do intermittent fasting. If you don't know what that is, it's basically you can only eat in 8 hours a day, (basically from 12-8 or any time that fits your schedule just has to be 8 hours) and the rest of the time I fast which means only water, black coffee, anything that doesn't have calories. It's hard to adjust to it, but after a while it becomes natural. I also play basketball and go to the gym everyday (or try to). Add me or talk to me
