How crazy/addicted you guys got about workout? I started to do P90X after I continued Walking with Leslie Sansone and outside with my 5lbs dumbbells than got Insanity what I gave up right after 3 days ( I found it too hard) Now I have Jillian Michaels 30 days shred and TurboFire doing both the same day today is my 3rd day and if it wasn't enough of course I had to get Brazil Butt Lift, RevAbs and Slim in 6 )) Also have some Pilates DVD's what I never touched, maybe later on ! What habits you got since you started your journey? I got addiction for DVD's and workouts ))) I just can't stick too long with one DVD so I am switching between ))) Working out daily by the way since end of January!

I guess I'm totally addicted to working out, but I love it. As a matter of fact I was thinking this morning how odd it is that people don't workout. I love seeing what this body can do. I also have a new found addiction to the workout DVD's. My all time fave is P90X, we also do Insanity. I just discovered Brazil Butt Lift and the ab workout is harder than the P90X ab workout! I've been entering 5K races and have my 3rd race this Saturday. I hit the treadmill 2-3 times a week on top of my DVD workouts. So yeah, just as addicted but there are worse things to be addicted to.0

LOL you sound like me! Although not with switching around yet but your collection
Just recently started doing normal Turbo Jam and switching around in those DVDs 1 week and then switch etc.
BUT I have Turbo Fire, Kathy Smith's Kickboxking, Brazil Butt Lift, 10 minute trainer all waiting in the sidelines for when I get
bored (and better/stronger) at Turbo Jam. Definitely leaving Brazil Butt Lift until I'm closer to normal weight lol! those are intense :noway: .
Hopefully later when I'm ready to start toning I'll want to do P90/Insanity or any other type of workout thats in same range of intensity.
But yes you are definitely not alone! :blushing:0 -
last year i lost 60 lbs by doing Kathy Kaehler's DVDs 15 minutes a day everyday before bed. it worked...i lost my DVD..gained 20lbs after & now im in search for that DVD so i can get back on it.0

Not yet. Just started working out again about 2 weeks ago. In the past I have felt addicted to working out though. I think that only happens (for me) when I get to a high intensity so that by the end I get a huge endorphin rush. That is what gets you literally addicted. Agree that it is a great addiction to have.0

I don't know if I'm addicted, but I go to the gym every weekday at 5:30am for an hour class. I HATE with a passion waking up that early, but I really enjoy working out. I don't really feel like I have to, but I just want to. I also go at 8:00 on saturdays and take off Sunday. I have done DVDs at home in the past but it just is no where near the same workout as what I get at the gym with an instructor and other people in a class.
So maybe I'll just say I'm addicted to hummus, I started eating it about a month ago and I have several types at the fridge at work and also at home. There might be a tub in my vehicle somewhere.0 -
I get funny looks when I get all excited cause I'm going to the gym to work out, its 'insta giddy in 10 secs or less'
Oooh brazillian butt lift, sounds uplifting, i might try it, but dont think I really want to google that

It's hard for me to believe I used to such a couch potato because these days I am craving exercise. I exercise every day. When I go to the gym (usually four times a week) I'm there for 1.5 hours. I'd be there longer, but that's the time limit for the childcare room. LOL Then I'm walking for a few miles a day in addition to that. And dancing with my oldest son with the Wii...
A day hasn't gone by that I didn't get in a good workout in about five weeks. It feels so good to MOVE. And I love seeing the tone and definition in my body.0 -
i love it and what i love most about it.. is challenging myself.. i would love to try insanity! it looks like it would definitely push me hard! hopefully, soon, i can get my hands on it.0
