    I have been tracking in mfp for 60 days now and I'm happy to say I have kicked my sugar habit. It's difficult at first, but after it's out of your system for a while, you don't crave it at all. Good luck!!! :)

    whenever i crave for sugar, i usually have a bit of it (tea with brown sugar/hot chocolate) so long as it fits my calorie goal for the day. but usually, i started not to mind it.
