Hello my name is Robbin Gunter. I am 47 yrs old. I have always been insecure. I have never liked myself. I have a grandmother that talks about my weight everytime she sees me. Even when i was young and could remember. She has abuse me mentally. I have always been abuse mentally. Everyone that would see me would say "OH U SO CUTE, IF ONLY U WOULD LOOSE WEIGHT"!!!

    Sorry to hear that, and I feel your pain. However, the good news is you're in the right place to change things for yourself. Eat sensibly and get some excercise in and you will be surprised how much it helps you mentally. Plenty of folks here have been in your shoes and are willing to help you get to a better place.     I hope you know you are beautiful no matter what however, there is always room to improve yourself. So go you :) just know, you will always be your biggest critic, so don't take yourself to serious. Good luck
