    "Weight loss" tablets don't work. If they did, there'd be no overweight people. The only thing you'll lose, will be hard-earned money. Calories in < calories out = weight loss.

    Calories are not the only thing to think about with weight loss. Nutrition is also important. A good multivitamin will help you because your body needs the proper nutrition to assimilate the food you're eating. I've been using Zija Supermix and I love it! Of course I'm biased now because it helped me lose the weight I wanted to in a year. Anyway, good luck!
