Took green coffee bean extract for the first time tonight!!! Major headache and feel jittery

  Probably the same effects you'd get from a caffeine pill or a strong espresso (which would probably be cheaper too).

  Strange I take them and don't have any side effects, you might be intolerant to something in them I'd stop taking them If I were you.
