    Hi Alexis! I'm April, 29, Type 1 diabetic for the past 11 years. I personally love this site for diabetic friendly desserts: http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20307087,00.html

    I have also started making typical desserts with agave nector or splenda. I'm still experimenting with recipes for cookies and such (for my non-diabetic bf) because I don't want to cook two different desserts nightly.
