Hello, I'm 5'8 and weight 151 lbs and I'm a 20 year old male. My question is what is the recommended macronutrient ratio to build muscle while maintaining my weight and losing some belly fat?

1. you cannot build muscle and lose fat at the same time. The only caveat to this would be if you are beginner to strength training, then you may experience some newbie gains, but that only lasts about three to four months.
