Welcome 2015 and good bye extra 30ish pounds!

Hello everyone, I am Kelby (Daemoness) and I am currently trying to live a healthier lifestyle in 2015. I've taken up the 30 day yoga challenge with Adriene on YouTube and so far I'm loving it! I am also doing my best to log all my calories and trying very hard not to cheat. So far I've missed a couple foods but like I said, I'm trying my best and I will get better at it! I seem to forget I have the app on my phone as well so I forget what I ate if I ate while I wasn't home.

Anyway, good luck to everyone else who is trying to be healthier in 2015!!
