hi all my plan is. My breakfast is the biggest meal off the day launch i try to have off amount breakfast. I try to skip dinner or have little one. I go to sleep on empty stomach. Correct me if i doing something wrong. Thx

you need a calorie plan. and then you won't have to go to bed hungry unless you want to.0

Starvation mode doesn't exist.
To the original poster: eat what you want, when you want, just stay within your calorie goal to lose. I personally eat my calories pretty evenly and leave calories for a snack right before bed. It works for me and hasn't hindered my weight loss because I stay within my calorie goal.0 -
I assume you mean your lunch is half the amount of your breakfast? Anyway..
In my opinion all meals are equal, skipping dinner is a terrible idea. Like allanakern said, set up a plan, caloric and macros. Keep away from those fats and 1.5x protein per body weight I always recommend (even though its hard to hit most days). I stay away from anything processed as well, doesn't sit well with me and I feel better with natural products.0 -
Thx for opening so far i try to stay in kclal 1500-2000 a day. No sugar or luxurys just healthy food.0
