I am thinking of taking 2 or more varieties of diet pulls to help start my weight loss. Is this OK or not. For example taking hydroxycut and and something similar.

Save your money. Weighing/ measuring food and counting calories is free.

No. Never combine medication unless approved by your doctor, even OTC ones.

  • If you choose to take any diet pills. I would say only one at a time. You Do not know how they could react to each other. Also from research I did, the only FDA approved and tested and over the counter diet pill there is is Alli. It is a downed version of a prescription pill. But the otc version is temporary off the market due to some kind of tampering of the bottles mid 2014 but said to back on market early 2015.

A bit risky taking two different kinds. Also when you read the instructions, it usually says use with a calorie controlled diet, so if you need to do that, the tablets don't work the diet does.

Skip the magic pills - eat right and move more. Better for your body and your wallet.
