hi! I'm trying to lose weight by working out and doing my best to eat healthier. Wow can it ever be hard some days! Im really noticing a difference in energy but the weight ge113ondfe7p.jpg
;) is a lot slower coming off but that's ok...I'm happy if I have more energy and at least don't gain.

  • Great attitude! You have to think of it as a lifestyle change. Something your going to sustain for the rest of your life and not a short term weight loss goal.

    That is so true! Old habits are hard to change but if I keep at it slowly and don't let my failures be an excuse to give up, I just might do it.
