Looking for some easy lunch ideas. I have use of a George Foreman grill and a microwave at work. Also preferably not with lettuce! haha

    Orange, avocado, grilled chicken pieces, drizzled with olive oil and a little sea salt.

    Yesterday I had sliced turkey and olive hummus rolled up. I rolled mine up with romaine lettuce because I like the crunch of lettuce, but you could easily do without the lettuce! It was simple, kind of plain, but really good.

    I love keeping frozen vegetables handy that you can just pop into the microwave. Fresh tastes better to me, but you can't beat the convenience!
