Rejoined and More Focused

Hi, I have been on MFP before but not as focused as I feel now. I'm getting back into the groove with exercising...so now it's making sure I eat healthier and TRACK my food...my biggest downfall. I have between 25-35 lbs that I would like to lose...and have been saying that for far too long.

Would love to have some new friends for support and encouragement, and I will do the same.

    Ditto, to all of the above. I tracked on MFP about two years ago and did very good. But, well lets just say I just had no focus last year. Now I need to loose the 20 I gain and the other 20 I still had to go!! YIKES - just purchased a FITBIT and have a few Step Buddies at work, hopefully this helps keep me motivated!

    I have the fitbit too and enjoy it. My company bought fitbits for some others so we do weekly competitions to help us along.
