    cut out sugar, fat, carbs, protein, junk, clean food. Alcohol is just fine in any amount as long as you are over you deficit target

    What if I told you, that I´m from Denmark. Would you forgive me for posting in English even when I´m not 100 % confident in english grammar and spelling? :)
    Funny as your post is, I think you forgot how many members are not from english-speaking countries.

    I'm personally offended by this whole thread. I date a lot of loose women. I sometimes type them as lose women because I am not the greatest at the English language. Congradulations on hurting my feelings and the feelings of all the lose women I have been dating.
