ISO positive motivators

Hi
I just turned 24 and i need to get healthy for ME! My husband is amazing says I'm beautiful the way I am but is about more then that. He is going to support me but I need more help. Some friends I can talk to about it and not be judged. Realistically I want to loose 100 pounds but am starting with small goals, first is 15 lbs. my doctor said 1500 calorie diet so I have been doing losts of research and studying. I can do this but specially at first is gonna be hard. Anyone want to be friends on here to help me? I can help and be supportive too. Thank you and God Bless!

    Congrats on making the first steps toward your weight loss! 15 lbs is a great starting Goal. The easiest way at keeping at your calorie goal is snacking. Pick your snacks ahead of time (healthy/low cal) and eat them between your meals. That way when it comes to meal time you aren't so hungry you want to eat the first thing you see plus some. That's one of the best things I've found. And now I don't have to go back for seconds to feel full... Then regret it 20 min later. Good luck!

    Menu 2 days ahead of time and my shopping list per week. And so far my husband is enjoying all the items I've been making. Which is a huge plus!
