Ok, I am new to this site so I'm not really sure how to do any of this. And yes that includes working out, eating healthy, the WHOLE nine yards. I have never had to eat healthy or work out my entire life, that is until I had four children and sit behind a desk all day. I used to just be naturally active playing softball and everything else just fell into place. But when life took over I have become less active to the point of being stagnant. Now I am at 203lbs and wondering how it happened? So please, please, please any encouraging tips or advice would be great

Hi I have gone the whole 10 yards with dieting, following all kinds of malarky. Since March last year I have lost 2stone by eating what i want just less of it. I dont work out I might walk or cycle to get some where. (A change from the days when I would go running to lose weight)I think your body asks for what it wants based on the past, I don't count vegetables, and I like soup so that helps but I would say go with what you think your body needs i will be happy to support you. I have a stone to lose0
