I've been using MFP since August of last year and with its help lost 15 pounds in 16 weeks! My goals are to do the same this semester which will put me at about my goal weight. I joined MFP when I realized that I wasn't confident in the body that I had anymore and that my lack of confidence was hurting my loved ones as well as myself. Now I've gained so much confidence back along with the love and support of my friends and family. My ultimate goals aren't a number on the scale but to feel confident in my two bridesmaid dresses for the weddings I will soon be in, to be energetic and confident at warped tour in July, and to feel hot in my lifeguard uniform this summer. So feel free to add me I can't wait to see what this step in our journeys has for us

Hi! I'm Clare, I'm a nurse and I live in England... I think our goals are similar, I'm not really fussed about my weight but I want my confidence back and Id like to be at least a size smaller for my wedding in August- I am a huge lover of chocolate and carbs but recently have been told in intolerant of wheat which means a lot of my fav foods are blacklisted now!

Oh congrats on your wedding! and I am also a fan of carbs lol still a problem area for me. Does that mean you have to eat gluten free now? Sorry if I'm wrong I don't know much about that0
