Hiya, I've got 75lbs to lose, I managed to lose 8.5lbs last week, I was totally delighted
my second weigh in is tomorrow. I'm doing the c25k, and totally loving it, even though I'm knackered!! lol.

Couch to 5k, it's a training ap, to get you from couch potatoe to running a 5k! It's hard work, but really good0
