Hiya, I've got 75lbs to lose, I managed to lose 8.5lbs last week, I was totally delighted :) my second weigh in is tomorrow. I'm doing the c25k, and totally loving it, even though I'm knackered!! lol.

    Thanks, I'm into the third week, think I'll need to repeat this week tho, don't feel ready to move on yet!!

    Couch to 5k, it's a training ap, to get you from couch potatoe to running a 5k! It's hard work, but really good
