im very knew to this dieting thing, but i find exercise very hard! I love walking, so ive been going on youtube and looking at a walking exercise by a women called leslie sansone. It is a 1,2,3,4 or 5 mile walking and you can chose how long u do it for. Another thing is the 30 day shred and that is really good! Doing one of those a day and counting my calories i have been losing 4+ pounds per week! Give it a go
