Eat at a calorie deficit. You can't spot reduce with certain exercise, the fat will come off first wherever it will for you determined by genetics. Some people it comes off first in the face and arms. For me, it tends to stay on the tummy, not the hips.

Pretty much just dieting (you can't spot reduce with exercise, specific foods do not control where fat comes off). And acceptance. Chances are a lot of your hip size comes from you bone structure which cannot be changed.

My hips have always been a trouble area for me too. Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done to target them specifically. As above, overall weight-loss (calorie deficit plus exercise) will trim them down eventually. As I've lost weight they have become smaller, but they still remain my "problem area" and out of proportion compared to my legs and arms.

As others have said, calorie deficit. You have to lose the fat. I went from 44 inches to 39 inches in the hips. Keep at it!
