Hi everybody... This is great, just discovered it recently.

I have been cycling for over a year, eating healthy but never saw much of a difference in my body. I got frustrated as I felt I wasn't making progress.

Decided to see a dietician, opted to eat according to my blood type and now I am starting to see the difference. It's the third week now and my clothes are not tight anymore, and people are telling me I am losing weight.

I think I am on the right track. Before I used to cycle 2-3 times a week and now it's 4-5 times a week and doing more km / miles than before.

The weightloss, it couldn't happen because you're exercising more than twice as much and maybe eating less calories than before?

No, of course not, it's the blood type diet.

Anyway, good for you, well done!
  • Well every blood different food its take like my blood. Tomatoes is nice and healthy for people but actually for my blood is bad lol. Its hard to explain google diet for types of blood.

I'm pretty sure the blood type diet thing has been dis-proven. A nutritionist put you on it? :o

I just looked up mine. Type A: meat-free diet. I'm out.

Nothing to do with excluding random food groups and doubling your exercise then?
