Protein sources

Okay I am kicking back into my fitness plan but I need protein that will not overdo my calories.
The problem is, how do you find 50-70g more protein a day in a diet when you are already eating tilapia/chicken and taking 2 protein shakes WITHOUT blowing the bank. Today for example I took in 105g of protein on 1400 calories. Yes I have more calories to spare but how do I fulfill the protein gap without spending a bunch of money?
powerbars?
peanut butter?
any personal secrets?

To be honest, I go to Costco and buy bulk packs of frozen meat... It's a good initial amount of money, but they last forever, and save you a lot of money in the long run.0

Tuna, cottage cheese, and egg whites are some good and inexpensive sources of protein!0

I usually eat egg whites, chicken/turkey breast, tuna, whey protein powder, and I also have Pure Protein bars. My usual intake is 1800/day and depending on how I'm cycling my macros, I can get at least 180g or more of protein.0

yeah i'm with this, and than you can partially freeze some and than slice down thinly and marinate and dry out for your own all natural beef jerky! it's an easy way to get some on the go protein in.0
