When you cook with oil, do you count it?

I rarely use oils to cook but I did today. I'm not sure if it's something I actually ate or not considering I oiled a pan to make stir fry.
Do you count oil used to cook?

I do count oil -- and I prefer olive oil to other vegetable oils.
I often do not count spray (like Pam), but I know others do.0 -

I count the oil... i count everything i put in my mouth0

i generally count about half- 3/4 of it. Like, if i use 1 T to cook with and i can visibly see that theres still a good amount in the pan, then i will count 1/2 T in my calories0
