I'm looking to 'befriend' people on here who are serious about getting healthy!

About me: Stay at home mother of one currently needing to lose at least 100lbs to reach my preferred weight. I currently attend an indoor boot camp at least thrice a week.

    Good luck! Remember to stay motivated, and dont expect results over night. Dont over complicate your journey either. Work to change bad habits and turn them into good habits. One thing at a time. It'll get rough at times but dont let 1 slip up turn into 2 or 10. Consistency is key ;)

    Surrounding yourself with like-minded people who will build you up rather than take you down will go a long way! Also, having people who will support you and keep you accountable is important!!
