Never thought I'd be saying this

I began going to the gym in early September. I hated every minute of it. It was difficult to even do 15 minutes on the elliptical on the easiest setting. I was only able to squat 90, and a single rep at that weight left me dead tired. The idea of actually doing a pull up seemed like a joke--as if I'd ever be able to do that!
I just got back from the gym today. I was able to do 4 pull ups in a row and squat 230. But my greatest achievement I believe is that I actually enjoy going. I can't wait to go again on Saturday. I feel great right now!
