That is my goal as well. Of course I want to lose some weight, however I want a more permanent change in lifestyle habits. I need to stop with all the junk and focus more about what goes into my body.0

Look into healthy alternatives to popular dishes. Replacing oils and butter with things like greek yogurt, protein powder, or baby food are great ways to keep calories down and not sacrifice much taste, if any.0
