Quick Stretching and Exercsing for Lazy People?

I'm a fat and lazy ADHD Taurus, kind why I'm here on MFP! Looking for quick, 5minutes or so, stretches and light strengthening exercises I can squeeze into my rushed schedule.
I've got about 5 pounds to meet my goal weight
I am a single mom to three special needs kids. I don't have much extra time, motivation, or brain energy (this one is really key.) I figure if I can sneak in a few minutes here and there I will be motivated to push for a few more at a time.
I have five pound hand weights and a yoga mat.
Important to note that I have a pretty bad pelvic prolapse, which restricts me from doing some of the more intense core strengthening exercises. I discussed this in another thread and got a link to some ideas I might be able to do safely.
My overall goal is to get my pelvic prolapse exercises worked into my hectic day, a goal of 90reps of a variety of exercises total per day. Theory is that if I do 30 at a time in 3 sections during my day, which takes under 5min, and add in some general stretching and light exercises I will feel physically and mentally better all around. I might be motivated to push myself further after mastering this. Motivation and change of routine, or even mastering a new thing, is challenging for me. Baby steps?
I have tried yoga a few times, from YouTube videos. I absolutely detested the experience. I hope to one day have access to an actual yoga instructor, perhaps that would make the difference, but right now just doing yoga isn't my thing.
Suggestions please?

Have you tried searching specifically for those on Youtube? I was posting recently about how frustrated I am that when I try to find long workouts all they seem to have are 5-10 minute ones Just look for "short workouts" or "five minute workouts" and I bet a bunch will come up.0

Are there specific spots you're trying to stretch? Every morning I work on my adductors, quads, and hamstrings because they're crazy tight. But I don't do a lot of "general stretching".0
