Getting back to myfitnesspal

Hi! I am coming back to myfitnesspal after not effectively using it in the past. I recently started exercising and watching what I eat and have found out that the reason I have gained fat is because I have not been eating enough! I always hear the fitness folks saying they had to eat more after losing 3 pounds this week I can now confirmed it to be true. I am exciting to see what I can do. I would like to lose 75 pounds and realize that it will take some time, but using support tools on this website and being consistent will it will take less time.

    I am also starting out again; actually using it this time. I did lose 30 pounds from my original starting weight, and I have about 30 more to go. I gained for the first time last week, so I know I need to start holding myself accountable for what I do(or don't do) through out the day. Good luck to you and feel free to ad me!
