Diary question.

When I hit "complete entry" on my diary it pops up with "if every day were like today you would weigh ..... In 5 weeks" why does it vary so much from day to day? Like almost 5 pounds difference per day. Are they basing this on macros I consumed that day? Because I am eating the same amount of calories. I know it isn't a set in stone thing. I just find the difference odd.

It is a simple calculation based on the total calories entered for the day.

Not saying for sure this is it but I'm having that issue too and am also not entering exercise at least not yet. I looked back over my diary because it went up a lb on the estimate Tuesday. I was over on carbs and fat Tuesday Through today. Monday I was very slightly over on carbs and was under on fat so I think going over on certain macros affects it.

I know I need to find a new way to get protein I'm under all the time.

I don't know unless a calorie is not a calorie*. But that number is voodoo anyway. I'm still 7 pounds above the number they said I'd be on December 20th.

*No need to write letters, I'm already sorry

Do you log your weight everyday? That can play into the number it gives you
