Charlotte Crosbys 3minutes Belly Blitz.

Hi everyone, my names Amie. I bought Charlotte Crosby's dvd last week, and I'm just curious to what I put down for the exercise bit? I do the whole 60mins. It starts with a 10min warm up, then goes onto proper cardio for 36 minutes, and then does 10minute cool down. I have just been putting it down as general aerobics. Just looking for opinions or wondering what other people put down if you do it?

    Personally I would only count the cardio and discard the warm-up and cool down. And general aerobics sounds like the proper spot for it.
