Tracking while traveling

i have trouble getting myself to track while traveling and eating out, it takes a lot of discipline!

    Check Restaurant menus online -- many have nutrition info posted. Also choose simple foods that are easy to input and generally healthier: plain grilled or baked meat or fish, veggies without sauce, salads, baked potato or sweet potato.
