i need to get this good thing right - I was so hungry I had s bacon cob, a slice of toast an apple, subway another slice of toast and I haven't even had dinner yet... I even needed to drink the coke which I've stayed away from. I want to eat everything - I need tips on how to stay fuller For longer

It's kind of hard to comment without knowing what your calorie goal is and how many calories those foods contained. However, generally, foods higher in healthy fats and protein will stick to your ribs longer than say that toast you've been snacking on. How about some greek yogurt (full fat) or hard boiled eggs or nuts?
ETA: Also, make sure you're not trying to restrict your calories too much. According to your ticker, you don't have much to lose, so a goal of 1/2 a pound per week is most realistic. Your MFP goal already includes a calorie deficit so you shouldn't be trying to eat under that. Also, if you exercise, make sure you eat at least half of the earned calories back. And drink plenty of water/fluids. Have your coke if you want it, just make sure you log it.0 -
More fiber can help. A double serving of steamed vegetables with a tablespoon of infused olive oil ( garlic or basil) and a lean protein like chicken breast or pork tenderloin keeps me full for hours. Simple sugars tend to make me hungrier so I try to stay away from them as much as possible.0

It sounds like you are eating the wrong things. Are you paying attention to your nutrition goals? There is never any reason to "need to drink Coke", as it wouldn't even make you less hungry. Eat more protein instead.0

Try drinking lemon water throughout the day. I squeeze a little of the fresh lemon juice in my water and it really helps to keep me full in between meals. It also helps me to get my daily water intake and replaces soda.0

More protein and fiber to keep you fuller. I'm prediabetic and the fats don't keep me as full as the protein and fiber. Drink plenty of water too.0

Could it be close to your TOM (Time of the month)? That can increase your hunger and cravings, especially when you've just begun with a calorie deficit. You just have to power through those days the best you can. Plan ahead for next time, if that's it. Have healthier snacks/meals planned out and ready.0

Toast and bread is pretty much empty calories as far as satiety goes. Apples are not that great either. Have some protein, fat, or veggies instead.

Try veggies with protein to fill up - you get quantity and longevity. My favorite lunch ever is a good salad bar - tons of leafy greens/bellpeppers/cucumber but also some chicken/eggs/beans - winds up around 500 cal (if I'm smart about dressing) and keeps me full for HOURS. Raw veggies and hummus tend to work the same way. I also keep gum on me at all times - quite often when I'm feeling crazy munchy, chewing on a piece of mint gum will quell the cravings for a while.0

Why toast? You're going to burn through that quick most probably. That turns to sugar in your system: a high, fast but unsustaining burn. The apple is also sugar even though its more nutritious, you need a protien to complement it. I normally pair it with about 5oz yogurt and some trailmix (granola/cashew blend) for a few crunchies in the yogurt. Go for fresh veggies, nuts and seeds if you are snacking.0

I think its more that with what you're eating its more likely that you are unintendedly giving yourself sugar highs and when you hit the sugar crash you are going for that coke to compensate. It cycles0 -
Are you truly experiencing hunger pains, or are you plagued by boredom and diet hunger?
I've noticed that if I think about how FEW calories I am supposed to eat in a day, I suddenly want to eat, and eat, and not stop. Thinking about restricting myself makes my belly rumble.
At this time, I AM down to 1200 calories, considered the lowest one should diet at typically. I'm a small person and my maintenance would probably be 1800 tops, so if I eat the correct foods then 1200 is not that hard to stick very close to and I try to remind myself I only have a few pounds left to go. Not eating the right combination of foods makes me hungrier and shows up negatively on my meal chart, which is discouraging. I'm having a bit of a hard time with it today in fact.
If you give some more information, the members here would be able to help you to find some meals and snacks that will satisfy you better than that Coke and toast does.0 -

Drink more water with your meals/ have healthy snacks for those pains in your stomach. I have been snacking on halos only 40 calories each and occasionaly an ounce of planters peanuts.0

60 calories for a tablespoon (really, less than a tablespoon). Agreed. I only like them in overnight oats as they add a bit of texture.0
