Polar V800 - Sport Profiles

Afternoon all,

I have been using the V800 since Christmas to track my activity and workouts. Generally its a brilliant bit of kit, but i wondered if anybody who has used it before could advise on the sports profiles. These are all good for say running, treadmill running, cycling etc. But if, like me, you like to do generic cardio in the gym (skipping etc), which profile should that be filed under? Also do you log weight work or should this just be considered etc?
