I need some tips. I am still quite young, not in my mid-20's yet, and i am 4'11"-5'0" and when i started seeing my scale creep almost into the 160's, i scared myself. I had always exercised, ate good for the most part, and i tried to watch my weight. Then, two weeks and a day ago, i had got my tongue pierced. The piercer (the shop has a certificate from the APP, so i took all the precautions, advice, etc.) told me to not have any dairy for at least 2 weeks. I think getting my tongue pierced was one of the best things i have ever done. Within a week and a half i had lost 11 lbs - just from the dairy. I wasn't starving myself - and i drank a lowfat 1% milk only, shows how much dairy really is in our lives! I am determined to make my own, all-natural almond milk to avoid dairy - and the filler in today's "milks" at all costs. I walk, do ab training, some weight lifting, and dancing almost every night. Last summer, i weighed 127 lbs. I am determined to weigh that much again since i now know that I CAN do it. I encourage people to add me or add to this post for support! I will definitely add more of my tips as my goal is reached.

-Thanks,
Brendi.

    Hi Brenda,
When I was your age, I wore a size 4. I know what you're going through. Feel free to add me.

    And welcome!
