    It's going. Have been doing my exercise plan for two weeks now, but just recently started calorie counting with myfitnesspall. Don't really have much of a diet. I just watch my portions and eat more fruit and vegis and drink more water. I did cut out certain foods and drinks though. I go to the gym four times a week, walk my dogs everyday, jog every other day, and do dance exercises almost every day.
