I ate two burgers and half a dozen donuts two days ago. Probably set me back the whole week but it was worth it.

why? eat what you want... go work it off.... enjoy life.... here today, gone tomorrow.

Point taken, but I'm only just starting to work on food intake. I'm not totally depriving myself, just trying to stay within a reasonable range of my calories - and I know I'm only going to be doing some weights for today's workout. On another note, everyone defines success differently, so encouraging me to do something when I've just said it was a success for me.. well, it's not very helpful.
