Tips on motivation?

Hey everyone, i've always had an issue with staying motivated in exercising and staying on a diet. Do any of you have any ideas?

    Find someone to work out with. I was always the type to think "why would I go to the gym with someone? I'm not going to interact with them much," but my husband and I have started going together - and it makes all the difference. We motivate each other, especially when one of us doesn't want to do it.
  • Having an accountability group can help! There are days when I totally feel like skipping my workout but I know that if I don't, my group will get on me!! I We all cheer each other on and hold each other accountable - in a nice way :) FR me!
