What would a multi gym do? Is it good for the whole body. I don't have much money to spend so yea.

It's better than nothing, but you can do better, for less money. With that machine you're limited to only a few exercises (may get boring), and you can't do a squatting movement, which is a fundamental exercise. Plus the exercises are done seated, so they're not as functional as standing exercises.
I would get a pair of adjustable dumbbells, like this:

and also a set of resistance bands that can attach to a door, like this:

That's mostly cardio, so no, it won't build much muscle. If you want a simple, beginner's strength program, Google "Nerd Fitness". After 1-2 months of doing it, consider investing in more equipment. It's not confusing to learn how to use it.

& I used to always do workout dvds & i got some great results. Do you think this would build more muscle? because I'm quite skinny now.
Instead of worrying about exercise, counting calories, and building muscle, you need to get your eating disorder under control first. Mental health is everything.
